Hops, once thought to be an extinct crop in New York, is making a come back with the help of Cornell University and the Northeast Hop Alliance. New York has a history of growing hops, but due to disease problems and prohibition, farmers stopped growing it. Pederson Farms has recently started up a test plot and has been quit successful....
